Suryadip Ghoshal is the Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer at Think360.ai, and a leading mind in data science, AI-driven decisioning, and predictive intelligence. With nearly two decades of global experience across financial services, healthcare, and retail, he has been instrumental in helping enterprises translate data into strategic, scalable business outcomes.

At Think360.ai, Suryadip leads AI strategy and innovation, designing intelligent systems that power digital lending, risk analytics, and automation across markets. His expertise lies in credit risk modeling, alternate data analytics, and agentic AI architectures that bridge business performance with responsible data use.

Before co-founding Think360.ai, Suryadip held leadership roles at PwC (Diamond Consultants) and FICO, where he led credit risk modeling and analytics transformation programs across the US, India, APAC, and Europe. Recently appointed Co-Convenor of the Sahamati Steering Committee (FY2026), he contributes to shaping the future of India’s Account Aggregator and data-sharing ecosystem.
